Project Signi Refinancing 2025

Just before the end of 2025 we have closed the refinancing of the Signi Portfolio for Metroprop Group. The new loan of €63 million provided by BerlinHyp is replacing the previous financing by RNHB and adds some additional quality assets including a high quality monumental asset refurbishment in Amsterdam and a supermarket. The portfolio includes 24 assets over several asset classes, located mostly in the Randstad and the South of The Netherlands.
