Closing Project Flock XL

PolarReal has placed an investment loan of EUR 100,000,000 on behalf of the Lenferink Group, a privately owned national investment and development group from Zwolle. The loan was provided by funds managed by CAERUS Debt Investments and refinances a number of existing loans; creating financial headroom and long-term stability.

A total of 51 assets were refinanced in a well diversified portfolio consisting of residential, office, healthcare, hospitality and retail properties. Due to the numerous assets previously financed by several parties, coordination between and the cooperation with all parties was essential.
