ERC Tower + Life Acquisition Finance

PolarReal Debt & Capital Advisory is pleased to announce the successful closing of the KCN transaction for ER Capital.  ER Capital acquired the buildings KCN Tower and KCN Life with a total GLA of over 12,000m² primarily used as offices. Senior loans in a total amount of €10,500,000 were provided by Riverbank. Legal advice was provided by Van Benthem & Keulen to the Lender and by VAD and Lexwood Legal to ER Capital.
