Successful closing Project Nova

In June 2020 PolarReal has successfully closed a new senior loan of €5m for a portfolio of apartments in Schiedam, near Rotterdam. The financing was provided by a Dutch bank at an LTV of c.a. 65% to an investment vehicle owned by a number of private investors. The new loan has refinanced historical debt at significantly more attractive terms.
