€10.5 million acquisition financing for two office buildings totalling over 12,000 m², provided by Riverbank
PolarReal Debt & Capital Advisory is pleased to announce the successful closing of the KCN transaction. Sponsor acquired the buildings KCN Tower and KCN Life with a total GLA of over 12,000 m², primarily used as offices. Senior loans totalling €10.5 million were provided by Riverbank. Legal advice was provided by Van Benthem & Keulen to the lender, and by VAD and Lexwood Legal to the Sponsor.
