€18.6 million loan to refinance an existing portfolio of 4 office buildings and to finance the acquisition of 3 office assets across the Netherlands, provided by HYPO NOE

PolarReal, in co-operation with MontFort Real Estate, arranged the financing with HYPO NOE Landesbank für Niederösterreich und Wien AG. The total facility refinanced an existing loan and partially funded the acquisition of 3 new office properties. The resulting portfolio includes 7 buildings with a total area of c. 20,864 m² and 472 parking spaces. The new financing provides stable long-term financing for these long-term investment assets.
