€27 million long-term investment financing for a portfolio of stabilized residential care and assisted-living locations across the Netherlands

PolarReal has successfully arranged the refinancing of a portfolio of residential care and assisted-living real estate for the Lenferink Group. Over the past few years, Lenferink Group has built up a portfolio of residential care locations across the Netherlands, with various properties acquired, redeveloped and subsequently leased on a long-term basis to specialized operators. For three stabilized, fully leased locations — in Heerlen, Zutphen and Drachten — PolarReal structured and arranged long-term investment financing. The portfolio comprises 310 residential care units with a combined GFA of approximately 25,000 m². The various loans, totalling €27 million, were provided by Nestr, Casarion, Mogelijk and VFF. This transaction highlights PolarReal’s strong position in arranging complex financings within the rapidly growing healthcare real estate sector.
