€63 million refinancing of a 24-asset portfolio, including a high-quality monumental refurbishment in Amsterdam, with new debt provided by BerlinHyp

Just before the end of 2025 we closed the refinancing of the Signi Portfolio. The new €63 million loan provided by BerlinHyp replaces the previous financing by RNHB and includes additional quality assets such as a high-quality monumental asset refurbishment in Amsterdam and a supermarket. The portfolio includes 24 assets across several asset classes, located mostly in the Randstad and the South of the Netherlands.
