Project UNO+DUO
PolarReal Debt & Capital Advisory is pleased to announce the successful closing of the UNO & DUO portfolios on behalf of two private investors. The new loans refinanced existing debt and provided additional liquidity to fund new acquisitions. The combined portfolios have a GLA of 12,700 m² with primary uses being retail and residential. Senior debt totalling €16.2 million was provided by Build Finance and Rabobank.
