Successful closing HUB II

We are pleased to have completed our 2nd successful financing project with BLVG Ontwikkeling in a short time.

The new financing enables the acquisition of the Hubstudios property at Linnaeusstraat in Amsterdam which they were already managing for some years.

The asset consists of 89 residential units and 2 commercial units. Rabobank provided the financing of almost €14m.
