UNO+DUO Portfolios – Investment & Acquisition Finance

PolarReal Debt & Capital Advisory is pleased to announce the successful closing of the UNO & DUO portfolios on behalf two private investors. The new loans have refinanced debt on an existing portfolio and also provided additional liquidity to finance new acquisitions. The portfolios have a combined GLA of 12,700m2 with primary uses being retail and residential. Senior debt in a total amount of €16.2 million was provided by Build Finance and Rabobank.
