Successful closing Project Hubert

PolarReal is pleased to have been able to assist BLVG Ontwikkeling in arranging financing for its Hoogte Kadijk project.

The funding will be used to build the 4th HubStudio in Amsterdam, which will consist of 89 residential units.

Rabobank provided construction and investment financing of €12.2m, HBB will carry out the construction.
