Closing Project Mia

The refinancing of Project Mia, a complex of 9 office and industrial buildings in Heerlen operated by C-Mill, was successfully closed in December 2021. The new loan of €13m to refinance current debt and fund upcoming capex investments was provided by one of the funds managed by Caerus.
