Closing Project North

PolarReal has arranged an investment financing of EUR 14,000,000 for the Lenferink Group Zwolle, a privately held investment company from Zwolle. The loan was granted by the Hypothekenbank NiederÖsterreich (Hypo NOE). 

The center was acquired by Lenferink Group Zwolle in 2020. In a relatively short time they  were able to upgrade the center and achieve full occupancy. The tenants are mainly focused on home furnishings, sports and horeca. 

With this refinancing, the added value is realised and the project is now financed on a long-term basis.

Lenferink Group Zwolle was advised on legal matters by Benthem Gratama and Hypo NOE was assisted by DLA.
