€1 billion milestone reached in 2022

By the end of 2022 we have passed the €1 billion mark in total closed financing volume!

Looking back at 2022, it was yet another turbulent but exciting year, but also a an important milestone year for PolarReal Debt & Capital Advisory.

This achievement was made possible by the trust of our clients and the excellent co-operation with national and international lenders, legal and other advisors and valuation teams.

Over these past years we:

• actively raised debt on behalf of around 50 clients;

• closed over 70 deals;

• raised funding from 30 different lenders.

We value these relationships very highly and would like to thank all our partners for helping us get this far. Now it’s time for the 2nd billion!

At the same time we are very aware of the challenging times we are in. Volatile markets and rising interest rates have made funders more risk averse and borrowers will often pause to re-think their strategies. But new challenges always bring new opportunities and we look forward to assisting our clients in finding the optimal funding solution to help achieve their goals.
