€54.1 million refinancing of a multi-asset portfolio in various locations in The Netherlands.
We have assisted Metroprop Group, a large privately owned Dutch real estate investment firm, to refinance a portfolio of 23 assets located mostly in the Randstad and the South of The Netherlands. After exploring several options, a fitting financing solution and partnership was found with RNHB B.V.
While the Covid-19 crisis did present some challenges, the portfolio has shown itself to be resilient overall, thanks to a good diversification of asset types and locations and a strong base of stable tenants.
Tailor made, sustainable financing with a pro-active lender
RNHB B.V. has worked together with our client and us to structure a financing that addressed our client’s current needs and requirements but also considered future plans and possible further challenges in case the Covid crisis extended for a longer period. Due to this pro-active and solution focused approach, we were able to close the loan in December 2021 even though restrictions were still significant at the time.
